1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Locations
We currently ship our physical products within Pakistan. Our digital products are delivered electronically worldwide.
1.2 Shipping Timeframes
- Digital Products: Instant delivery via email or direct download after payment confirmation.
- Physical Products: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via standard shipping methods. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but generally range between 5-7 business days.
1.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for physical products are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the items. We offer free shipping on orders over 2500 PKR within Pakistan.
1.4 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s status.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital goods (such as streaming site accounts, VPNs, eBooks, movies, apps, and digital courses) are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products.
2.2 Physical Products
We accept returns of physical products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@digibazarpk.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
2.4 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for physical products returned within the 7-day return window and meet our return conditions (unused, unopened, in original packaging).
3.2 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products, including streaming site accounts, VPNs, eBooks, movies, apps, and digital courses, are non-refundable.
- Items returned after the 7-day return window.
3.4 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, or your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
